Remote Deposit Service is an online service that allows you to submit checks electronically for deposit using a PC and a scanning device. Each check scanned for deposit generates an electronic image (front and back) that is transmitted directly to Provident for deposit into your account. |

Benefits for your business Extends the banking day until 6:00 p.m. for same day ledger posting. As a result of the extended banking day, funds availability can be accelerated on deposits that in the past would have been deposited at the branch on the next business day. Enhances research capability by providing online access to two years of deposit information and check images. Streamlines operations and reconcilement by consolidating deposits from multiple locations into a single account. Eliminates unproductive travel time to and from the bank or the extra expense of a courier service since deposits are made directly from your site to the bank. Our Treasury Management specialists will work with you to set up the service and help train your staff.
