In this position, Viscardi will identify areas of operational risk, coach branches on how to improve operational controls and audit the division’s overall compliance. She will work out of the Provident’s Rutherford Operations Center. With more than 29 years of experience in branch sales and operations management, Viscardi hopes to "continue to evolve the operational function". Before filling her current position, she was the Bank’s Branch Operations Manager. Prior to joining Provident in 2001, she served as Vice President at Bank of America in Baltimore.
