Grossman to Senior Vice President, Division Head, within its Consumer Banking Division. Grossman will be responsible for operations supporting Provident’s branches and ATM network. She will manage automation, training and network expansion. Grossman has more than 27 years of applicable banking experience in branch support services. She has held a variety of positions during her tenure at Provident; she formerly served as the organization’s Investor Relations Manager, District Manager, and Manager of the Small Business Lending Unit, respectively. Prior to joining Provident, she was a Vice President with Equitable Bank in Baltimore. Grossman holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and earned her B.A. in Economics from the College of Notre Dame in Baltimore.
