Fulton to Vice President within its Commercial Banking Division. In her new position, Fulton will maintain and monitor a complex commercial portfolio and manage the process to preserve portfolio quality while upholding Provident’s commitment of service to its customers. Fulton has more than 20 years of experience in commercial and asset-based lending and an extensive background in underwriting and risk analysis. Before filling this position, she served as a Senior Special Accounts Officer and as Senior Credit Analyst, respectively. Prior to joining Provident in 1999, she was employed as a Vice President with Suburban Bank of Maryland in Greenbelt, MD. Fulton began her banking career with Equitable Bancorporation in Baltimore. Fulton said she would like to "continue her efforts to bolster Provident’s commercial business and strengthen existing relationships in the Baltimore-Washington market." Fulton holds an MBA, with a concentration in Management, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Loyola College in Baltimore.
