Mazza to its board of directors. Mazza is a partner with the firm of Piliero, Mazza & Pargament, PLLC, in Washington, D.C. and currently practices in the areas of corporate counseling, government contracts and government relations. She represents commercial companies, government contractors, trade associations, Indian tribes, Alaska Native Corporations and related entities in a variety of industries throughout the United States. Within her government contracting practice, Ms. Mazza specializes in issues pertaining to small and disadvantaged businesses. As an advocate for small business issues, she is a member of the United Small Business Administration’s Washington District Office Advisory Council and is past chair of the Regulatory Fairness Board for Region III. She also serves on the Chamber of Commerce’s Privatization and Procurement Council and on the Contract Services Association of America’s Public Policy Council. Gary N. Ms. Mazza is widely recognized for her counseling of clients on various corporate issues including corporate formation and restructuring, shareholder agreements, and trade secret protection. She is a frequent speaker and panelist on procurement matters, joint ventures and teaming relationships, and currently is an editor of the Legal Advisor and Tribal Advocate. Ms. Mazza expressed that she was looking forward to making a real contribution and being part of the Bank’s strategy team. Ms. Mazza, who received her Juris Doctorate from the George Washington National Law Center, is also an honors graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a general counsel for the Native American Contractors Association (NACA) and the Small Environmental Business Action Coalition (SEBAC). She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Federal Court of Appeals.
