Osborn to Senior Vice President and Unit Manager of the Washington-Metro Commercial Banking Division. In this position, Osborn will manage both the Bank’s commercial banking staff and a range of business relationships in Northern Virginia. Osborn has 21 years of experience in commercial lending and cash management services. In the fall of 2003, he joined the Bank as a Relationship Manager. Prior to serving in this role, Osborn was a Vice President at both First Virginia Bank in Falls Church, VA, and First Virginia Bank of Maryland in Upper Marlboro.A graduate of The Ohio State University in Columbus with a B.S. in Finance, Osborn is actively involved with Leadership Fairfax, Inc., the American Cancer Society — Reston Relay for Life, the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce Board and the Centreville United Methodist Church.Raised in Northern Virginia, Osborn currently resides in Clifton, VA.
