Baltimore, September 30, 2004 — Provident Bank welcomes A. Katharine Anderson as Vice President in the Commercial Division within the organization’s Tysons, VA office.
Prior to accepting this position, Anderson was a consultant with SunTrust Bank in Tysons Corner, VA. Previously, she served as the branch manager of Dominion National Bank in Falls Church, VA. She had also been employed as a Management Associate with United Virginia Bank in Richmond. She has almost 10 years of experience in cash management sales for small business and middle markets.
In her new role, Anderson will sell special commercial services that aid in streamlining bank account relationships and she will work with account managers to attract prospective clients as well as retain existing customers.

Anderson, who is also a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), is a graduate of Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, VA. She is also a member of the Greater Washington Association for Financial Professionals.
Originally from Richmond, VA, Anderson currently resides in Reston, VA.
