Nicole Shelpack is the new retail manager of the Provident Towson Branch located at 1005 York Road in Towson, MD.Shelpack, who has more than 12 years of management experience and expertise in customer relations, has rejoined Provident after previously serving as Office Manager of Fifth Third Bank in Ft. Myers, Florida. Prior to that, she was a Financial Service Officer for SunTrust Bank in Ft. Lauderdale. In 2001, Shelpack served as a financial service manager in Provident’s Lutherville, MD office. "I’m excited to return to the Provident team," said Shelpack. Shelpack, who was born in Poughkeepsie, NY, currently resides in Towson.
