Naiman-Roloff has more than 16 years of customer service, communication and leadership experience. She joined Provident in December 2003 after serving as Branch Manager of M&T’s Owing Mills branch office. Prior to that, she was employed with Maryland Permanent Bank as a branch manager in Owings Mills and as a sales representative with Mercantile Bank in Pikesville, MD. Her new responsibilities include managing commercial accounts and loans as well as maintaining overall branch performance and goals.
